The book covers different types of psychological treatments along with their importance, robust scientific evidence and cost-effectiveness. While referring to established texts in the field, the current work provides coverage on different modes of counselling and psychotherapy which are essential for the students. The concepts of classical psychoanalysis, individual psychotherapy, object relations, and brief dynamic therapy have been presented from the psychodynamic school of thought.
