The kind-hearted hunchback Quasimodo, shunned all his life for being different, finds refuge in the magnificent Notre-Dame cathedral. When a beautiful gypsy dancer, Esmeralda, catches his eye, his life begins to change. Things take a drastic turn when Esmeralda is accused of murder and Quasimodo decides to defend her against an unexpected enemy.
