In the ninth chapter of the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna reveals a very confidential and sacred knowledge. In this chapter, He shares divine truths with Arjuna that purify the intellect. This wisdom is not limited to scriptures alone; it is connected with direct realization. Being in harmony with righteousness (dharma), it is joyful and eternal. The Lord explains that He is present throughout the entire creation. Those who worship Him with exclusive devotion attain Him. He clearly states that the whole universe arises from Him and ultimately merges back into Him. Yet, He remains unattached and does not consider Himself the doer. In this chapter, the subtle truths of karma, nature (prakriti), and God are explained in a very simple and understandable manner. This chapter beautifully explains God?s compassion, equality toward all beings, and his easy accessibility through devotion. It teaches that only through single-minded love and devotion can one attain the Lord.
